What's New? Does it Always Matter?

There are professionals that get together and forecast colors. They will tell you that persimmon is hot, purple is back, black and white are all the rage. Don't forget tan/cream and ice blue/robin's egg blue.
Are you really interested in lime green? That's in as well.

In terms of color forecasting, I don't pay all that much attention. I really don’t direct my clients to choose those choices unless that’s what their heart desires.

New products, especially ones to do with new technology, plumbing, kitchen items, washer and dryers that are quieter/ smaller / use less water -- those are new things that are important to know about and important for me to tell my clients about. I stay up on new technology and trends, but I don't necessessarily follow them.
